ESPN.com's 2014 All-America Team
Scooby Wright
Linebacker | ArizonaWright, winner of the Bronko Nagurski award, given annually to the nation's top college defensive player, led the nation with 27 tackles for a loss (2.1 per game). His 14 sacks -- 1.1 per game -- ranked third in the nation. His 11.8 tackles per game ranked fifth and his six forced fumbles first. In other words, the true sophomore was statistically spectacular while leading the Wildcats' defense. The first underclassman to earn Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year honors, Wright was a notoriously unheralded recruit who has probably had more impact than any defensive player signed in 2013. -- Ted Miller
