22. Northwestern
After destroying the dreaded bowl monkey on New Year's Day, Northwestern is setting its sights on bigger and better goals, namely its first Big Ten title since 2000. The Wildcats bring back most of the core pieces from a 10-3 team that held fourth-quarter leads in all three of its losses. Venric Mark and Kain Colter form arguably the Big Ten's most dynamic offensive backfield, and seven starters return for a defense that has upgraded its talent level through recent recruiting. The Wildcats have some holes to fill in the interior of both lines, and their biggest obstacle is a schedule that welcomes back Leaders Division front-runners Ohio State and Wisconsin. -- Adam Rittenberg
