Bucks G Knight out with sore right quad

TORONTO -- Milwaukee guard Brandon Knight is sitting out Monday's game against the Raptors with a sore right quadriceps muscle, leaving the Bucks with just nine players available against the Atlantic Division leaders.

Jorge Gutierrez is starting for the Bucks, who have lost six straight meetings with Toronto. The Raptors enter Monday's game on a six-game winning streak, matching their longest run of the season.

Knight, who is averaging a team-leading 17.7 points and 5.3 assists, is one of six injured Milwaukee players, a list that also includes rookie Jabari Parker (left knee), Ersan Ilyasova (right groin) and Zaza Pachulia (right calf). The Bucks are also without center Larry Sanders, who is serving a 10-game suspension for a drug violation. Sanders has missed the past seven games.

With his team so short-handed, coach Jason Kidd said he hopes Knight will have a speedy recovery.
