Toronto Raptors head coach Dwane Casey recently changed the starting group when he moved the under-performing Terrence Ross to the bench and replaced him with Greivis Vasquez. Well, that decision has also affected James Johnson as he has only received 27 minutes from Casey over the last six games. Casey insists he has no issues with Johnson and the forward will see his minutes increase at some point down the line.
