There are currently 15 players who inked rookie-scale contracts in 2011 that remain eligible to sign an extension by 11:59 PM tonight. San Antonio starting small forward Kawhi Leonard is one of the 15 and as of Friday morning it doesn't look like a deal will get done. If that is the outcome, Leonard will be a restricted free agent starting July 1.
