The Oklahoma City Thunder currently have 18 players under contract, but several of them will be released in the coming days ahead of the Oct. 27 deadline to set rosters for the start of the 2014-15 NBA regular season. NBA teams are allowed to carry 15 players during the regular season, but general manager Sam Presti may opt to keep a spot open for the start of 2014-15, speculates Anthony Slater of The Oklahoman.
