The Philadelphia 76ers could begin to trim their roster on Friday and one player who could make it tough on general manager Sam Hinkie and head coach Brett Brown is small forward JaKarr Sampson. The St. John's product has impressed going back to the Orlando Summer League and through the preseason schedule and that gives him a chance to make the opening night squad.
