The Washington Wizards now have 13 players under contract after free agent backup center Kevin Seraphin opted to accept his qualifying offer from the team since both sides could not come to terms via a long-term deal. Seraphin will earn $3,898,692 for this coming season and then hit the market in 2015 as an unrestricted free agent.
