The Detroit Pistons officially announced the signing of guard Jodie Meeks on Monday and soon the deals with D.J. Augustin, Caron Butler, Aaron Gray and Cartier Martin will be finalized, too. The Pistons made two other moves on Monday by waiving center Josh Harrellson and point guard Peyton Siva.
