Report: Magic's Hezonja expects to adapt quickly

Mario Hezonja is a Croatian who speaks five languages, including English, and has spent the last three years playing in Spain. The Orlando Magic's top pick in this year's draft (No. 5 overall) said Thursday that he anticipates adapting well to playing in the United States.

From Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel:

"On Tuesday, [Hezonja] traveled to the U.S. for just the second time in his life. He's eager to see more of his new home city, Orlando -- so eager that he has peppered Orlando Magic general manager Rob Hennigan with questions about Central Florida. 'I think it's a completely other world here, everything positive,' Hezonja said during an introductory press conference Thursday afternoon for him and second-round pick Tyler Harvey. 'It's just different. You know how you guys here approach all of the details in your lives? I think it's really, really different, and I think I will get used to it quickly.'"

New coach Scott Skiles said he expects Hezonja to play in one or two games in the Orlando Summer League, which kicks off on Saturday.
