College basketball analyst Bill Walton joined Mike & Mike on Wednesday to talk about the first round of the NBA playoffs, and fans of the Basketball Hall of Famer's trademark verbal odysseys were not disappointed.
Walton brushed listeners up on rising with the morning sun, the storied geography of the greater San Diego area and the local marsupials' desperation for a life-sustaining drop of morning dew.

Later, Mike & Mike got comedian Frank Caliendo in on the call, matching Caliendo's Walton impression with the man himself. It's almost difficult to tell the difference between the two. Caliendo's attempts to exaggerate Walton's life backfire when the announcer co-opts them himself.
As Caliendo puts it, "I made something up, and he turned it into his reality."
