          According to Darren Wolfson of 1500 ESPN Radio, the reporter followed up on a rumor that the Minnesota Twins were interested in free agent Rickie Weeks and discovered that there was no truth to it: "It must be desperation time for FA Rickie Weeks. False tips being planted."
