Earlier this week, 2015 National League MVP Bryce Harper did a great job of holding Katie Ledecky's medals from the 2016 Rio Games when the swimmer threw out the first pitch before a Washington Nationals game.
On Friday, it was Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz who lent a hand -- and, in this case, his neck -- to help an Olympian.
Gymnast Aly Raisman, a six-time Olympic medalist, threw out the first pitch before the Red Sox hosted the Kansas City Royals. Raisman, a native of Needham, Massachusetts, a Boston suburb, won a gold and two silvers during the Rio Games.
Thanks for hanging with us, @Aly_Raisman! We know it's been a busy few weeks. 🏅 pic.twitter.com/LsHKRUtyK4
