Mickelson drops out of Memorial with wrist injury

DUBLIN, Ohio -- Phil Mickelson withdrew from the Memorial
Tournament midway through the first round Thursday because of an
injured left wrist.

Mickelson, second on the PGA Tour money list, was 2 over through
11 holes when he left the Muirfield Village Golf Club course.

His hand was massaged between shots while on the course.
