Coach Scott Skiles says the third-year forward needs seven to 10
days of rest to recover from plantar fasciitis in his right foot.
The Bulls have three games left on a seven-game trip.
Nocioni -- who is averaging 15 points and six rebounds a game --
will stay with the team on the trip.
