Whoever lands the head coaching job gets to take two of their own players and Amaker didn't hesitate to take Lester Abram as one of his pair.
Abram will be a fifth-year senior for the Wolverines this fall. He played in only 21 games last season, missing 12 due to injuries. He played in only three games the previous season for the same reason.
