The fourth round of the 2003 NFL draft produced solid running backs like Domanick Davis, Quentin Griffin, Onterrio Smith and Lee Suggs, and my fourth-round projection for this year kicks off with Julius Jones of Notre Dame, who could give the Giants a boost as a second-day sleeper.
