Like most All-Star games, there will be no importance. The MLB All-Star game at least decides homefield advantage, yet that still sucks. All-Star games are a professional sports leagues way of getting more money in attempt to make fans happy. And the players don't try. So there is no point to it unless you like watching a glorified scrimmage.

I have to say that these players today have just as many punkish tendencies as the Bill Laimbere's of yesterday, only there are more rules in place, so I don't consider the newer guys and less tough, they're just playing smarter for the sake of the team. I can assure you if assault was legal I would have gone ape $#!T on a couple of my coworkers over the years. It's about not letting them get the best of me.

I got a question. Why on earth would an NBA team owner purposely give his team a laughable name? This year still the New Orleans Hornets, but as of next season..... THE NEW ORLEANS PELICANS!!!!! I don't care if the pelican is Louisiana's state bird, that name is wack as F.U.C.K!!!!! I know folks who are natives of Louisiana that are shaking their heads regarding that soon-to-be name change.

NBA is god awful. The media needs to stop stuffing LeBron down our throats. Way to make up a record. I can do that to. Jon Doe is the only player in NBA history to score 30 points or more on alternating thursdays for a 10 week period.
