Mike's a great champion, questionable about being able to take a punch but that was only after years of being misled by the worst advisors in sports history. After Cus D'Amato passed Mike was handled like $@%!. He was on the cusp of all-time greatness,then he was medicated on national tv, taken advantage of and ultimately given possibly the worst criminal defense of all-time in Indianapolis. You cannot take the human body blows Mike took without having performance suffer. I think he's in the argum$ent for top 5 heavyweight. Ali is number one, no debate, Joe Louis, Evander, and then who's better than Mike? Could Joe Frazier take Mike's best punch? Could Foreman? Looking back at Patterson and Liston I don't see them taking Mike either. He is an all-time boxer, maybe (along w Evander) the last great American we will see.
