Are you slow or what? This is called Horsnation because they cover the University of Texas. By the way, a heck of a lot more people care about UT than UW. Jealousy is pathetic.

Texas popularity is fading and losing ground on the rest of the country. The LHN is a perfect example. No major company wants to carry the LHN. Directv actually carries the BYU Network. Also, schools would opt to pay penalties not to play on the LHN...ie: Texas Tech against Texas State.

Is that why they still are tops in recruiting? The LHN isn't carried because they are demanding too much money for it, and the cable companies are exercising their leverage... If you say Texas' popularity is fading, then tell me which newcomer is replacing it?

Well, I am a horns fan but I also like to keep up with the pac 12 teams like your Huskies...the reason Texas is so relevant is simply becuase the state is huge and football is king in Texas. I am sure Washington has a great following (i know several Huskies fans) but ESPN has to focus on what the masses want to see...simply put - we have more fans than you. That does not mean we have the better team, although this year I think we do.
