Missouri State 86, Bradley 78

PEORIA, Ill. (AP) -- Drew Richards, Laurie Spencer and Blake Ahearn each scored 16 points to lead Missouri State in an 86-78 victory over Bradley on Tuesday night.

Tyler Chaney, who shot 8-for-10 from the free-throw line, had a game-high nine rebounds for the Bears (11-3, 2-1 Missouri Valley).

Bradley (10-5, 1-2) was led by Danny Adams, who led all scorers with 18 points; Will Franklin, who scored 16; and Zach Andrews, who had 15.

The Braves led 40-37 at the half, but went just 3-for-3 from the free-throw line in the second, compared to the Bears' 17-for-21 shooting from the line after the break. Bradley didn't manage a basket in the last 2:11 of the game.

Missouri State also beat Bradley on the boards, outrebounding the Braves 46-21 for the game.
