Bradley 85, Evansville 76

PEORIA, Ill. (AP) -- Will Franklin had 21 points, four rebounds
and four assists to lead Bradley to an 85-78 win over Evansville
Saturday night.

The Braves (10-4) tied Evansville (9-5) eight times, ending the
first half at 35-35.

Bradley broke a 71-71 tie with an eight-point streak in the
final three minutes of the game.

Franklin was 5-for-7 from the 3-point line while Bradley's
Daniel Ruffin, who was 5-for-8 from the 3-point line, added 17
points. Zach Andrews and Jeremy Crouch each added 11.

The Purple Aces, who shot 61.9 percent in the second half, were
lead by Matt Webster, Bradley Strickland and Kyle Anslinger who
each had 20 points.

Webster had eight rebounds and Anslinger was 3-for-6 from the
3-point line.

The Aces shot 55.1 percent for the game, but their bench scored
only 10 points to Bradley's 26.

Bradley shot 45.2 percent.
