Schladming 2002, St Anton 2004, Sestriere 2004

Combined 2: Chamonix 2004, Kitzbuehel 2004

2005 World Cup overall and super-G champion. Became the
first American man since Phil Mahre in 1983 to win the overall
title. Then won world championship downhill and super-G titles
in Bormio.

Had a disappointing 2005-2006 season, winning only two races
and leaving the Turin Olympics empty handed.

2004 World Cup giant slalom champion.

2003 giant slalom and combined world champion, super-G joint
silver.

2002 Olympic silver medallist in giant slalom and combined
in Salt Lake City.

With slalom victory in Sestriere 2004 became only the second
man after Marc Girardelli to win in all four World Cup
disciplines in the same season.

Always a maverick, he has been upset this season by his
team's insistence that he abandon his personal motor home and
stay in hotels on the World Cup.
