Carroll likely to miss Bobcats-Spurs on Wednesday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Bobcats guard Matt Carroll missed
practice Tuesday with a sprained right elbow and will probably be
sidelined for Charlotte's game against San Antonio on Wednesday.

"If I had to say right now, I think I am out," Carroll said.
"It's disappointing."

Carroll was injured late in the first half of Sunday's win over
Detroit, when he matched a season high with 16 points. He made all
five of his shots before the injury, but went 0-for-3 the rest of
the game.

"I can't straighten my right arm, so it's not helping me to
shoot too much," Carroll said.

Guard Brevin Knight (strained left calf) and forward Gerald
Wallace (left hip contusion) also missed practice Tuesday, but are
expected to play against the Spurs.
