Rockies look to continue momentum vs. Giants

DENVER -- The Colorado Rockies proved again Friday
that no lead is ever safe in hitter-friendly Coors Field.

After scoring four runs in the ninth inning to defeat the San
Francisco Giants on Friday, Colorado looks to make it two
straight wins when the teams meet Saturday.

Eli Marrero homered, Clint Barmes had a sacrifice fly and Matt
Holliday and Garrett Atkins had run-scoring singles in Friday's
final frame to give the Rockies a 9-8 victory over the Giants.

Aaron Cook (1-2, 3.43 ERA) tries again for his first career
victory at Coors Field. The 27-year-old righthander gave up one
run and six hits in eight innings of Sunday's loss to the
Philadelphia Phillies.

The Giants counter with Brad Hennessey (1-0, 0.00), who tossed 6
1/3 scoreless innings in Sunday's victory over the Los Angeles
Dodgers, hours after being recalled from Fresno of the Pacific
Coast League.

Pedro Feliz recorded his sixth career multi-homer game Friday
when he belted a pair against Colorado starter Jason Jennings.
