ST. PAUL, Minnesota (Ticker) -- Marian Gaborik and the Minnesota
Wild try to maintain their home domination over the Chicago
Blackhawks when the teams face off Tuesday.

The Wild have won five straight home games over the Blackhawks,
including a 4-1 triumph on January 20 in the lone encounter here
this season.

Minnesota won for the third time in four games with Sunday's 5-2
victory against Colorado as Gaborik recorded his eighth career
hat trick.

Manny Fernandez made a career-high 40 saves for the Wild, who
have allowed two goals or fewer in six of their last eight
contests.

Chicago has lost four of its last five games with three of those
setbacks coming by one goal. The Blackhawks dropped a 2-1
shootout decision to Nashville on Saturday despite 42 saves by
Craig Anderson and a first-period tally from James Wisniewski.

Both teams are eliminated from playoff contention.
