Has an older brother, Santiago, an older sister, Dalia, and a younger brother, Philip … Started competing when he was 14 in junior rodeo and that is where he met Colter Todd (his roping partner). When he was 12, he cut off his thumb on his right hand while roping but was back two weeks later … Graduated from Desert View High School … Travels with Colter Todd, Cory Petska and Shain Sproul … Horse's name is Johnny Ringo and he is 9-years old. Likes to name his horses outlaw names and his favorite movie is Tombstone. He got Johnny Ringo from his uncle George, who runs a horse training facility in Picacho, Ariz. … Favorite rodeo is Houston; favorite type of food is steak, favorite book is the Bible, favorite movies are Gladiator and Tombstone, enjoys all types of music especially rap and rock n roll and favorite place to eat is his grandmother's house where she fixes home-cooked Mexican food … Is fluent in Spanish … Enjoys watching movies while on the road … Rodeo idol is Clay O'Brien Cooper.
