RUSTON, La. (AP) -- Paul Millsap scored 25 points and grabbed 14
rebounds to lead Louisiana Tech to a 61-52 win over Southern
University Saturday.
Millsap was 10-of-16 from the field and 5-of-7 from the
free-throw line. Nine of his rebounds were defensive.
Chris Alexander led the Jaguars with 13 points. Peter Cipriano
added 12 and Jerrid Campbell pulled down eight rebounds.
Southern (0-5) led 33-31 at the half, but Tech (3-3) pulled away
in the second, scoring 30 points to Southern's 19.
