ST. LOUIS (Ticker) -- The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim hope to have a
couple of injured stars back when they try to end their skid
against the struggling St. Louis Blues on Wednesday.

Losers in three of their last four games, the Mighty Ducks have
been without center Sergei Federov (groin strain) and defenseman
Sandis Ozolinsh (illness) in their last two contests.

After beating Columbus on Friday, Anaheim was defeated by
Minnesota, 4-1, on Sunday. Goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere
had his worst game of the season, getting pulled five minutes
into the third period after giving up four goals on just 19
shots.

The Blues have had problems keeping the puck out of the net all
season. They have allowed 21 goals in just five games for a
4.20 goals-against average - second-worst in the NHL.

Goalie Patrick Lalime has struggled mightily in his first season
in St. Louis. After picking up his first win of the season
October 11 against Chicago, Lalime gave up three goals in 23
shots in a 4-1 loss to Nashville on Saturday.

St. Louis posted a 2-1-1 mark against Anaheim in 2003-04 with
both victories coming here. In fact, the Ducks have won just
twice here in their last 10 games.
