Soccer-Injured Dragutinovic likely to miss Serbia qualifiers

MADRID, Oct 3 - Sevilla defender Ivica
Dragutinovic is almost certain to miss Serbia & Montenegro's
World Cup qualifiers against Lithuania and Bosnia after he
suffered an injury at the weekend.

The 29-year-old, who joined Sevilla from Standard Liege in a
last minute deal at the end of August, sustained a suspected
torn thigh muscle during his side's 1-1 draw with Espanyol on
Sunday.

Sevilla said the Serbian Federation had asked the player to
travel to Belgrade to be examined by their medical staff, but
they added it was "almost impossible" he would be able to play
for his country.

Serbia, who lead Group Seven by two points from Spain, are
away to Lithuania on Saturday and host Bosnia on Wednesday in
their final two qualifying games.
