CHICAGO -- Aramis Ramirez hit two home runs and Sergio Mitre
pitched a five-hit shutout, leading the Chicago Cubs over the
Florida Marlins 14-0 on Tuesday night.

With the wind blowing out at Wrigley Field, the Cubs had 10
extra-base hits, including Derrek Lee's NL-leading 18th homer. Lee
also had two doubles and an RBIs single.

Michael Barrett hit his eighth homer, a three-run shot in the
eighth, then Jerry Hairston had an RBIs triple and Lee doubled him
home.

Mitre (2-1) had his second straight strong start, striking out
three with no walks. He limited Toronto to two hits in seven
shutout inning on June 8.

Josh Beckett (7-5) was the loser.
