turn and held off Brag for a half-length victory Sunday in the
$48,840 feature for 3-year-old fillies at Churchill Downs.
Beaugeste covered the 1 1-16 miles in 1:48.84 and paid $20,
$5.60 and $5.20.
Brag paid $2.60 and $2.60, while Baena paid $5 to show.
Beaugeste earned $37,790 for the win and improved her career
record to 2-1-1 in eight starts.
