Chicago White Sox Team Report

The biggest reason for Chicago's hot start is the team's
comradery said reliever Dustin Hermanson. "The comradery on this
team is the best I've ever seen, and I've been around," said
Hermanson, who is with his sixth Major League team since 1995.
... Hermanson has not allowed a run this season in 16
consecutive innings. He remains he only American League reliever
that has pitched at least 10 innings that has not to allowed a
run. He's also 6-for-6 in save opportunities. ... OF Carl
Everett (leg cramps) remains day-to-day after missing
Wednesday's game in Tampa Bay, White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen
said. ... Orlando Hernandez is a perfect 5-0 with a 1.74 ERA
against Tampa Bay in Tropicana Field. ... Through Wednesday, the
White Sox have led in all 34 games this season, the best start
in Major League history. The longest stretch during the season
for a team to lead every game is 48 by the 1998 Yankees.
