Next week marks the beginning of the head-to-head playoffs in fantasy basketball. For Rotisserie leagues, it marks the beginning of the final month of the season. The owners who are competing to win their leagues are watching the news closely to find any player that could give them the edge to win the league. Here are six players who could help down the stretch in a more general sense and four specifically targeted at certain categories. In general, these players are available in at least 20 percent of leagues.
Brian Cardinal (85 percent owned): With Pau Gasol and Stromile Swift out with injuries, Cardinal has stepped in to fill the hole in points for the Grizzlies. He is also hitting at least two three-pointers a game and contributing in a couple of other categories.
Brian Skinner (65 percent): Brad Miller's injury has thrust Brian Skinner into a more prominent role in Sacramento. In March, every game has been a near double-double for Skinner and they will continue to be strong with Miller missing the rest of the regular season.
