Jacksonville 78, Campbell 65

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- B.J. Surry scored 18 points in his
second start of the season to lead Jacksonville to a 78-65 win over
Campbell on Saturday in an Atlantic Sun Conference game.

Surry, filling in again for injured David Lee, hit 7-of-13 shots
including three of five from beyond the arc.

Surry's basket at the midway point of the first half capped a
13-0 Jacksonville run and led to a 34-28 Dolphins lead at
intermission.

Campbell (2-16, 0-11) stayed within range of Jacksonville (11-8,
7-5) until the six minute mark of the second half. That's when the
Dolphins scored 10 consecutive points to take a 67-50 lead with
just under four minutes remaining.

Jacksonville hit on 6-of-10 shots from beyond the 3-point line,
a team low for attempts but a season best of 60 percent. The
Dolphins had only four turnovers in the second half, and for the
second game in a row, had more assists than turnovers.

Jesse Kimbrough and Antonio Cool added 14 points each for the
Dolphins who won for the sixth time in their last seven games.

Campbell remained winless in conference play this year. The
Fighting Camels were led by Maurice Latham's 17 points.
