Dallas (17-9) at Atlanta (4-21) 7:30 pm EST

ATLANTA (Ticker) -- The Dallas Mavericks have been dominant
during their last two games and will look to add to the woes of
the Atlanta Hawks at Philips Arena on Wednesday.

The Mavericks have posted back-to-back 20-plus point victories,
beating the Hawks by 22 on Saturday and pummeling the Knicks by
29 on Tuesday.

Against New York, Josh Howard notched career highs with 26
points and 16 rebounds in a 123-94 rout. He made 12-of-13 free
throws as the Mavericks made 92 percent (33-of-36) from the
line.

Dirk Nowitzki scored all 23 of his points in the first half as
Dallas opened a 75-36 lead. Nowitzki was taken out of the game
in the third quarter.

The Hawks haven't played since a 90-68 drubbing at the hands of
the Mavericks. Antoine Walker collected 13 points, on 6-of-15
shooting, and 11 rebounds.

Dallas had won 12 straight in the series before the Hawks won
both meetings last season.
