City 1-0 on Emile Heskey's goal in the eighth minute.
Arsenal plays Blackburn on Wednesday with a chance to match
Chelsea's 3-0 start. The Gunners are seeking to stretch their
unbeaten streak to 43, one more than the current record for
England's top division, set 25 years ago by Nottingham Forest and
matched by Arsenal last weekend.
