Boston Red Sox Team Report

The Red Sox completed a three-game sweep of the Chicago White
Sox on Sunday with three home runs in a dramatic 6-5 victory.
Boston has won six straight and is just 5 1/2 games behind the
New York Yankees in the American League East division. In the AL
wild card race, the Red Sox have a one-game lead on both the
Anaheim Angels and the Texas Rangers. ... "I always watch

OF Manny Ramirez hit three homers and drove in 11 runs during
the three-game sweep of Chicago August 20-22. He leads the AL
with 33 home runs and has a team-leading .320 batting average.

RBIs. He has knocked in just 27 runs since the All-Star break,
after collecting 78 RBIs in the first half. ... 2B Mark Bellhorn
