Bradley 60, Indiana State 59

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) -- James Gillingham's layup with 11
seconds to go lifted Bradley to a 60-59 win over Indiana State on
Wednesday night.

Gillingham scored 22 points on 9-of-13 shooting for Bradley
(14-14, 6-10 Missouri Valley Conference), which closed the game
with an 8-1 run in the last four minutes to get the win.

Gillingham had six points, all on layups, in the final three
minutes to lead Bradley's rally.

The Sycamores (8-17, 4-12) took a 58-52 lead on Eric Gray's free
throws with just under four minutes to go, but managed just one
more point the rest of the way. They had two chances to take the
lead in the waning seconds, but David Moss missed a jumper and
Jerod Adler missed a layup at the buzzer.

Gray led Indiana State with 18 points and Adler added 17 on
5-of-6 shooting. But the Sycamores couldn't hold off Bradley, as
they went 0-for-6 from the floor and 0-for-3 on free throws in the
final 3:40.

Marcellus Sommerville had 13 points and Phillip Gilbert added 11
for Bradley, which shot 56 percent from the field.
