HOUSTON -- George Foreman is aiming at refrigerators, too.
Foreman, the Houston-area resident who went from flag-waving
1968 Olympic gold medalist to a scowling 1970s heavyweight champ to
a comeback sensation in the 1980s and '90s, has sold 41 million
countertop grills bearing his name in recent years.
Now, George Foreman Signature Foods announced Monday it will
market a line of foods -- steaks, burgers, ribs and George's
Decadent Chocolate Lava Cake -- at www.georgeforeman.com.
"The greatest recipe you can use is the love in your heart for
the people you cook for," said Foreman, an ordained minister.
