PITTSBURGH -- Tuukka Rask made 30 saves and the Boston Bruins won their fifth straight, 2-0 over a Pittsburgh Penguins team missing Sidney Crosby and minus Evgeni Malkin for most of the game Saturday.
Crosby, the Penguins' leading scorer, was a late scratch after he participated in the pregame warmup.
"I would say it's not an injury," Penguins coach Mike Johnston said. "He didn't get himself injured in the warmup. He just wasn't feeling well and went to see the doctors."
Malkin limped to the dressing room after being hit by Boston left winger Chris Kelly 1:29 into the first period. Malkin returned and played 4:15 in the first period, then sat out the remainder of the game.
Johnston did not specify the nature of Malkin's injury, but he said Malkin and Crosby "might be able to play" Sunday against Detroit.
Milan Lucic scored in the first period and Zdeno Chara added an empty-net goal.
Boston is 7-0-1 in its past eight games.
BLACKHAWKS 6, SHARKS 2
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Patrick Sharp scored his first two goals since January and Duncan Keith also broke a long scoring drought in Chicago's victory over San Jose.
Brandon Saad broke a tie with a third-period goal, and Bryan Bickell and Marian Hossa also scored for the Blackhawks, who have won six of their last eight games. Corey Crawford made 33 saves.
Melker Karlsson and Joe Thornton scored for the Sharks.
FLYERS 7, RED WINGS 2
PHILADELPHIA -- Brayden Schenn scored two goals to help Philadelphia rout Detroit.
Wayne Simmonds, Nicklas Grossman, Pierre-Edouard Bellemare, Matt Read and Zac Rinaldo also scored for the Flyers. They snapped a four-game losing streak.
Justin Abdelkader and Erik Cole scored for Detroit.

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Keith Yandle's third-period goal helped lift New York over Buffalo.
Martin St. Louis added an empty-net goal and Mackenzie Skapski made 20 saves for his first career NHL shutout. It was just Skapski's second NHL win, and both milestones came this season against Buffalo.
The goal was Yandle's first since being acquired from Arizona on March 1, and gave New York its fourth straight win. All have come on the road, and the Rangers have allowed just two goals during the streak.
Anders Lindback made 32 saves for the Sabres, losers of six in a row.
PANTHERS 2, HURRICANES 0
RALEIGH, N.C. -- Dan Ellis made 27 saves for his first shutout of the season, and Brandon Pirri scored in the second period to lead Florida past Carolina.
Dave Bolland added an empty-net goal for Florida, six points behind Boston and Washington for the final wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference. The Panthers improved to 4-1-1 in their last six games.
It was the 15th career shutout for Ellis.
CANADIENS 3, ISLANDERS 1
UNIONDALE, N.Y. -- Tomas Plekanec and Max Pacioretty scored 2:15 apart in the second period, and Carey Price stopped 35 shots for Montreal.
The Islanders have hit the skids at Nassau Coliseum, their soon-to-be former home once they relocate to Brooklyn next season. New York is 1-3-1 in its last five overall. At home, the Islanders have lost four straight in regulation, including three this week.
Price lost his shutout bid moments later when Josh Bailey scored with 2:18 left. Lars Eller made it 3-1 with an empty-net goal.
JETS 2, LIGHTNING 1
TAMPA, Fla. -- Drew Stafford and Blake Wheeler scored third-period goals as Winnipeg rallied to beat Tampa Bay.
Ondrej Pavelec made 15 saves for the Jets, who are in the mix for a Western Conference wild-card spot.
Nikita Kucherov scored for the Lighting, who dropped two points behind Atlantic Division-leading Montreal. Tampa Bay hosts the Canadiens on Monday night.
CANUCKS 4, MAPLE LEAFS 1
VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Derek Dorsett had a goal and two assists for the first three-point game of his career to lead Vancouver past Toronto.
Chris Higgins, Jannik Hansen and Shawn Matthias, into an empty net, also scored for Vancouver, and Eddie Lack made 28 saves.
Phil Kessel scored for Toronto.
WILD 3, BLUES 1
ST. LOUIS -- Nino Niederreiter and Kyle Brodziak scored just 17 seconds apart late in the third period, giving Minnesota a win over St. Louis.
Devan Dubnyk made 40 saves for the Wild, who had lost two of three following a stretch of five straight wins and eight of nine. They are even better on the road, having won seven in a row and are 11-1-2 in their past 14 games away from Minnesota.
Thomas Vanek also scored for Minnesota. David Backes had the lone goal for the Blues, who had won three straight.
DEVILS 4, COYOTES 1
GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Mike Cammalleri scored his 25th goal in a three-goal third period, Cory Schneider stopped 30 shots and the New Jersey Devils beat the Arizona Coyotes to avoid a winless road trip.
Jordin Tootoo had a goal and an assist, and Adam Henrique and Stephen Gionta also scored for the Devils, who lost at Colorado and Minnesota earlier this week.
Mike Smith stopped 25 shots for the Coyotes, who have dropped four straight and 14 of 15.
