NEW YORK -- Ryan McDonagh has a separated shoulder again.  The New York Rangers captain, who missed the final five regular-season games in April when his left shoulder was separated on a hit by Vancouver's Alex Burrows, hurt the same shoulder when he was hit by Evander Kane of the Winnipeg Jets in the first period of Saturday night's 1-0 Rangers' loss at Madison Square Garden. McDonagh remained on the ice for several seconds, then went directly to the locker room. McDonagh was playing the puck behind the Rangers net when Kane sent him into the boards with what was determined to be a clean hit. The Rangers announced that the shoulder was again separated, and that McDonagh would not return to the game. The Rangers played the final 48 minutes of Saturday's game minus two defensemen. They lost Kevin Klein to a foot contusion on just his second shift of the night. The Rangers also played without defenseman John Moore, who served the first of a five-game suspension for a hit on Minnesota's Erik Haula last Monday. After the game Rangers coach Alain Vigneault said that both McDonagh and Klein will have MRIs on Sunday.
