Radim Vrbata, Canucks reach deal

The Vancouver Canucks announced that they have agreed to terms on a deal with free agent forward Radim Vrbata.

The deal is for two years and $10 million, sources told ESPN.com's Pierre LeBrun.

The 33-year-old Vrbata, from the Czech Republic, had 20 goals and 31 assists in 80 games last season for the Arizona Coyotes. He had a career-high 35 goals for the Coyotes in 2011-12, and has 215 goals and 249 assists in 792 games in 12 seasons with Colorado, Carolina, Chicago, Tampa Bay and Arizona.
