Johnny Oduya sits against Wild

CHICAGO -- Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Johnny Oduya was a late scratch against the Minnesota Wild on Thursday due to a lower-body injury.

"He didn't feel right coming out of warm-up there," Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said after Chicago's 3-2 shootout win over the Wild.

Quenneville said Oduya was unlikely to play against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Friday.

Oduya participated in the team's morning skate Thursday. He missed the team's practice Wednesday, but Quenneville said he was having a "maintenance" day and was fine.

Oduya has three goals, 12 assists and a plus-nine rating. He has has averaged 20:04 of ice time in 74 games this season.
