As a paramedic you don't just get CPR if you have a little heart thing. If the people who performed it are legit, he was dead (no heart beat). This is a bigger deal than what it's been made out to be.

Remember Alexei Cherepanov? He died in Russia, practically right there on the bench next to Jaromir Jagr. The defibrillator they had at the arena didn't work...

Yup. No heartbeat. They used the portable defib on him. This is another reason why it should be mandatory that every rink should have at least one of these in them.

Well......you don't just drop down with a "cardiac emergency" for no reason. They'll find something and it will likely end his career as it will prove too big an issue to play through.
