Can Seahawks win in Atlanta?

NFL, Atlanta Falcons, Seattle Seahawks

After running through, over and around the Washington Redskins on the road by a score of 24-14 on Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks are the hottest team in the NFC, with six straight wins.

They amassed 224 yards on 37 carries (a 6.1-yards-per-carry average) against a Redskins run defense that hadn't allowed a 100-yard runner since Week 14 and ranked fifth in the NFL during the regular season.

The win sets up a matchup with the Atlanta Falcons -- the team that started out the 2012 season as the hottest team in football, the league's final team to lose a game and the top seed in the NFC.

Seattle's late surge has been led by the strong play of rookie quarterback Russell Wilson, who was the only one of three rookie quarterbacks to win his playoff debut this wild-card weekend. Wilson has been among the best quarterbacks in football since the start of November, throwing 17 touchdowns and just two interceptions during a nine-game stretch over which his team has gone 8-1.

But it's not just Wilson's arm that the Falcons will have to game-plan for, it's his legs as well, as he plays a big part in Seattle's third-ranked rushing offense. Will the Falcons be able to stop the Seahawks' rushing attack?
