Bears LB Bryan Cox, $87,500, obscene gesture to a line judge and screaming obscenities (1996)

Steelers LB James Harrison, $75,000 (later reduced to $50,000), flagrant hit (2010)

Raiders DT Warren Sapp, $75,000, for physical and verbal actions toward game officials (2007)

Broncos S John Lynch, $75,000, helmet-to-helmet hit (2005)

Jaguars S Donovin Darius, $75,000 (later reduced to $20,000), clothes-line tackle (2004)

Cowboys S Darren Woodson, $75,000, flagrant hit (2002)

Ravens S Ed Reed, $55,000, hit to the head and neck area (2012-second)

Broncos G Dan Neil, $52,941 (one game's pay), two leg whips (2001)
