John Clayton: 49ers, 28-24 -- With power football in vogue in this Super Bowl, the 49ers will overpower the Ravens at the end. The 49ers are deep in talent and focused, but it still wouldn't surprise me if they needed overtime to get the win.

Adam Schefter: 49ers, 17-14 -- Two throwback teams playing a throwback game in which two undrafted free-agent kickers, David Akers and Justin Tucker, could decide the world championship.

Ashley Fox: Ravens, 31-27 -- Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco felt he deserved top dollar for his next contract and wasn't afraid to prove it. Regardless of what happens on Sunday, Flacco has earned his money. Now he will get his ultimate validation.

Jeffri Chadiha: 49ers, 28-24 -- The Ravens might have the emotional edge, but the 49ers have more talent. Look for 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick to give Baltimore fits and the 49ers' defense to return to form.

Jamison Hensley: Ravens 34, 49ers 27: The Ravens won the Super Bowl with defense 12 years ago. This time, it will be on the strength of their offense. It's difficult to doubt Flacco anymore after what he's done in the playoffs.

Mike Sando: 49ers, 27-23: The 49ers have the advantage in weaponry without much question. And while Flacco has never been hotter, Kaepernick has been the tougher quarterback to defend. There's a good chance that will be the case again Sunday.
