Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones and linebacker Sean Weatherspoon started Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers despite being limited in practice last week because of injuries and helped Atlanta beat its NFC South rivals.
Jones caught six passes for 147 yards and a touchdown in the Falcons' 24-23 victory. Weatherspoon had six tackles, including one for loss.
A sore right ankle has bothered Jones since the Falcons' loss at New Orleans two weeks ago. He started last week's home win over Arizona, catching three passes for 33 yards.
Weatherspoon had been out since spraining his right ankle four weeks ago at Philadelphia.
