Blaine Gabbert injures elbow

HOUSTON -- Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert was injured in the first quarter against the Houston Texans on Sunday.

Chad Henne took over at quarterback for Jacksonville's next drive with Houston leading 7-0 and threw for 354 yards and a career-best four touchdown passes but the Texans outlasted Jacksonville 43-37 in overtime.

Gabbert bruised his right elbow when he was hit by Danieal Manning and fumbled on Jacksonville's first drive.
